The Krolls….where do I begin Jay + Jen are amazing people. Jen was one the first photographers I called 6yrs ago to help me take on the Whispers (NILMDTS) program here in Grand Rapids, and we did more sessions at the hospital that month than we wished we had. Jen has also spent much time over in Haiti volunteering after their huge tragedy, and now J+J have adopted a sweet little girl that needs a ton of medical care + attention….and both have spent countless hours at appointments + therapy and given so much of their time + family…to the restoration of this little one. They also have so many other people in their lives that they care for, and it’s life-giving. Jen’s nature + talent helped me find my love for weddings….and has taught me so much about photography, I really do appreciate the time she gave me so early on in my career. J+J Thank you so much for giving yourselves to so many of those around you, it’s more appreciated than you know. I am so thrilled to be able to give back to them by photographing those most dear. We shot their session on their new property that they will eventually build their home on, it was such a gorgeous place to shoot…which I am sure you will agree. Here are my favorites…
