I had so much fun with little *eli*…..He was so cooperative! Then at the end I told him – he could cry all he wanted too! This session was a gift from a previous bride of mine and her mother…what a great gift!

Photography is a gift that lasts a lifetime and will be enjoyed for years to come. I love color!! I do – but something about that clean white just makes cute little faces just pop out! I love these pics, they’re fresh! He did not want to keep his adorable little boots on..but the first picture here is my *favorite* new pic and is not on my website! Isn’t her adorable! We had a fun time at the studio getting these, he was happy the whole time! **now we just need to get some of big sis!

Georgia has incredible parents, Maggie & Chris who love her deeply….and it shows. Here is their story **blog** Just think – -not even a year ago, I was taking mom & dad’s pick to go in their adoption book – and here they are with Georgia who is 6 months!! She is a miracle! Here are just a few of my favorites!!!

These two were *oh*so*tiny when I first met them…now at 6 months…they’re a whole new ball of wax!! They have personality – and their own opinions of wanting their picture taken!! Olivia thought this was fabulous idea Graham ~in true boy fashion~ thought this was ridiculous and would much rather play with his dad…. If I only had video of mom & dad trying to entertain them….now that would be funny! I give major props to parents of multiples…you know their marriage has to be good – the amount of communication that has to take place with two babies…is huge! Now I’m not saying that it’s always *good* communication…but at least it’s still there!

Miles was hands down ~ the most well behaved newborn to date! He was only 5 days…and I know that was the best thing he had going for him! He gave me eye contact, he didn’t complain when we moved him….I asked if they drugged him! They have the biggest great dane I have ever seen…and the pictures do not even do him justice…look closely at the size of his head compared to dad…that should speak for how big his body really is! I love the picture below with one eye looking at me – as if to say – “is she gone yet?” nope…still snappin! enjoy this adorable little man.

So there is a book, I have been meaning to read, many of my friends have read it and loved it. They say it’s real. inspiring. and a fabulous read. I don’t read books. My parents had to force me to read when I was little….I just couldn’t sit still that long. I’m a magazine reader….I hardly give myself time to read books anymore, and it’s a shame…. So after seeing Shauna’s blog, I knew it was time to read it. In celebration of this milestone for myself….I am giving away 5 free autographed books to the first five comments on this post! I know several of you have been waiting…very patiently for this blog post…so here it is ~ the last half of our mini shoots from last saturday…enjoy! **these were all shot with my 85mm and an aperture of 1.4 ~ 2.2..depending on the sunlight!

Our families have known each other for ions….Maggie & I dreamed of our children playing together as we did when we were little…always making up “plays” and begging our moms to watch them…at any chance of extending our “play dates”  We even had a yearly Christmas drama….written by Maggie of course!  I’m talking like a 30 page script here…no sissy skits or anything!   They’re little girl is truly a miracle….and Chris & Maggie just adore her.  They have an amazing adoption story….which will be a book someday ~ right Maggie!   …and by the way, I don’t believe it’s any accident that this little girl looks like her mommy and daddy…I think that it’s God’s little extra way of showing them that she was truly meant for them!  Anyways.. oh my goodness, she did so well for us!  Look at all the things she let us do!  thanks *georgia*

I absolutely LOVE pics that look like real life magazine ads…and just simple text.  These are my favorite and you just can’t plan them…they just happen.  Below is the new little girl who belongs to our dear friends Chris & Maggie that I posted earlier ….*georgia* will have a full post later this week, but I just HAD to share this….
