What a gorgeous couple + an amazing day! Sarah manages the Vera Wang store in Chicago…so it was no surprise that she had an amazing dress! I adored the button details on the back of her dress, as well as all of her Vera Wang letterpress. It was an amazing reception at Cascade Hills Country Club. The chandeliers are so fabulous all on their own This is the last wedding I will post from last season…and on with 2011! Enjoy a few (if 40 is a few) …..also, thanks to Leda for shooting with me!

Meet Jeff + Tracy and their adorable, highly anticipated Liam, short for “William” *love that! I love when I get to share in an entire journey with couples!! These were NO exception. Tracy is a photographer here in Grand Rapids and is a sweetheart! Her hubby was one of the most proud fathers I have photographed. These two are going to be amazing parents. oh…matt + sarah. You two are adorable together. I knew within 30 seconds of meeting you Sarah that we were going to get along….like when you filled the entire third row of my Explorer with your outifit choices …and when you two grabbed the giant picture frame at sweet Chicago store and ASKED if you could do a few “photobooth” shots….need I say more??? Tim + I had so much fun running around Chicago with you. We cannot wait to shoot your wedding on the most coveted date of the year… 9 . 10 . 11 at the JW. Here are just a few of my favorites!!

Meet Chris + Chelsea….they became friends with my brother and sister in law, when they lived in Detroit. We had never met them, but on a quick weekend trip to NYC they let Tim + I stay with them in their one bedroom apt….and sleep in their bed…seriously?! That was awesome! After meeting Chris – I knew exactly why he and my brother were good friends, they had uncanny similarities….and I’m sorry guys, we still have your awesome NYC map…we found it when we were organizing our bookshelf..we’ll have to mail it! Anywhoo…fast forward about a year, while they visiting family in Detroit, shot their belly session in downtown Milford, and about 3 months later, flew me to NYC to shoot a newborn session of little miss Kennedy. How adorable is their little family! **many thanks to the local antique shop for allowing us to borrow this adorable bassinet for the day and bring it back – because it would have never fit in the planes overhead compartment! This is a little late in posting….but you know how I roll if I blogged EVERYthing I shot..I would need a full time blog posting employee…that works for free…any takers???
